    Out Of The Grey Coffee® is a dedicated coffee roasting company, not a middleman or re-seller. We source, roast, pack, and ship all orders in-house from one location here on a mountain top in Virginia.

    Orders can be placed 24/7 via our website.

    How quickly do you ship out orders and when can I expect to receive my recently submitted order?

    You will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order, and orders usually ship within 3-5 business days; always within 24-hrs (currently 12-hrs) of it being roasted. The USPS & UPS deliver most orders in the U.S. within 2-5 business days and international orders within 6-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has left the roastery.

    Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the 48 continental United States via United States Postal Service (USPS). We also ship all over the world such as Hawaii, Alaska, all the U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, Canada and most other countries via USPS, UPS or FedEx, these orders can be placed through our website.

    We have customers all over the world who enjoy our special Out Of The Grey Coffee® blends and many have created their own unique coffees.
